The Eaglehawk Country House Hotel is a unique historical venue for your next celebration.  Stay in the accommodation wing and play in the many event spaces.  All the frills without the cost.

FUNCTION ROOMS

the 'Public Bar' -  The original Public House Bar from 1906 featuring a sumptuous Banquette, quirky stools, leadlight windows and the original bar. 

Breakfast Room - Two rooms featuring an octagonal table with seating for 8 along with two open fire places.  These rooms are adjacent to the Public Bar.

Dining Hall - the largest function room suitable for restaurant seating for up to 45 (when combined with the adjacent Breakfast Room) or up to 80 cocktail style.  The Dining Hall features multiple lounge areas and a central fireplace.

Conservatory - a light filled room with comfortable couches and lounge chairs overlooking the gardens. Adjacent to the Grand Dining Hall.

the Porch - the front of the original Eaglehawk hotel.  Steeped in history it's the perfect spot for photos and drinks.

Gardens - Traditional gardens surrounding the hotel.  

FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS

Flexibility and Choice is key.  You are not locked in to use in-house catering or bar and there is no minimum spend on food and drinks. You are free to self cater, bring in your own chef or caterer, select from the local Maldon providers or a combination of these.  We can provide you a list of local cafe's and restaurants who will deliver to the hotel.  

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for up to 16 guests in-house.  Flexible bedding configuration between King and Single beds.

Additional accommodation is available at the motel next door and at several cottages and B&B's in Maldon.

INCLUSIONS

A function at the Eaglehawk Country House Hotel includes full exclusive use of the venue including

Fully equipped kitchen

Full bar facilities including all glassware, commercial dishwasher and drinks fridge

All Crockery, cutlery, servery items and glassware for 80+ guests

Additional chairs and tables to set up the Dining Hall to seat 40 restaurant style

The Dining Hall is permanently set up to seat 20 with an additional seating for 8 in the adjacent Breakfast Room.  Additional tables and chairs are provided for an extra 15 guests.

Free WIFI and Netflix

Ample Parking

Rental fee includes:

Late checkout at 5pm

Function room and equipment hire (additional tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware)

Use of Audio and Video equipment

Exclusions

Please note that we do not allow 18th, 21st birthday parties or Bucks parties.
